About the Event
Public speaking takes many forms, whether making a presentation for a small team meeting or conducting a webinar for hundreds, many people find the act of presenting very stressful. The shift to virtual meetings and events hasn’t necessarily made that any easier, indeed it presents its own set of challenges.
Throughout our history, humans have relied on the art of storytelling to help us through challenging times and this time is no different. Storytelling remains a powerful tool to help you access your authentic voice, connect with your audience, and create memorable content. Approaching public speaking with a storytelling mindset can help enable you to craft powerful, persuasive, presentations.
In this fun, engaging, and interactive workshop we will play with specific strategies to help you find and craft your stories, tell them well, and in doing so, hone your virtual presentation skills.
Participants will learn
- How to prepare, rehearse, and present virtually
- Strategies to deal with the challenges of going digital
- How storytelling can help enhance your presentation skills
