Erica Marx
Founder, Executive and Team Coach
Erica Marx, M.S., is an Executive and Team Coach who working with teams and leaders to create positive, creative, and collaborative organizations. She is a PCC certified professional coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a NYS certified conflict mediator, and a board member of the International Applied Improvisation Network. Erica has over 15 years experience as a mediator, workshop leader and instructor with businesses, organizations, and university students. She completed her B.S. at Cornell University and has a Master's in Interdisciplinary Ecology from the University of Florida.

Fred Brown
Workplace Team Trainer
Fred Brown, MFA, is a workplace team trainer and improvisational theater artist. As a facilitator, he has led workshops in team-building and leadership presence for organizations including the Johnson Business School at Cornell University, Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and Google. His creative work focuses on group collaborative processes and co-created performance. Fred has a MFA at the Pig Iron School for Advanced Performance Training and a BA in Classical Philology from Harvard University.

Jeanne Lambin
Facilitator
Jeanne Lambin, M.S, is a Facilitator, Coach & Award-Winning Educator who helps individuals and teams share better stories in the world. Being a certified Designing Your Life Coach and Brain-Based Coach and founder of the Museum of the Ordinary Extraordinary., she has conducted workshops and training in the US, Europe and Asia. Her workshops have been described as “amazing”, “powerful” and “great fun” with creative work featured in the Hong Kong’s Top Notch Storytelling Festival, Liars’ League Hong Kong, Literary Death Match, and the Art’s House World Voices Presents. She holds a B.S. in Anthropology for Loyola University Chicago, and has an M.S. in Historic Preservation from the School of the Art Institute Chicago.
