The Art of Co-Creation

We are a consulting agency based in NY and working globally. We design experiences that bring out the best in individuals and groups and allow people to do their best work, together.

Our work draws from coaching, improvisational theater, and experience design. We consult on the design and facilitation of collaborative events as well as teach the behavioral skills of co-creation.

We believe

People care

People naturally want to connect, share, and make a difference. Our job is to remove the obstacles to what people already want to do.

Each voice matters

In a group, the most valuable potential is held by the experiences of its members and the creative potential that exists between them.

Be in this moment

The most powerful access to change exists by fully accepting THIS moment in all its entirety and then building from there.

We bring you

The TOOLS of a designer.

The SKILLS of a facilitator.

The MINDSET of a coach.

The PRESENCE of an improviser.

Meet the Team
