Design for Transformation: Create Engaging Online Events by Using a Coaching Framework

How do you create engaging online gatherings? The short answer? It's not about tricks and tips; it's about designing a meaningful journey for your participants.  In this interactive workshop you will learn a framework we've adapted from team coaching that keeps people engaged at each step of the way, without relying on a single activity, idea, or presenter to carry your event. 

This program is most relevant for designing experiences with clear outcome goals and where participants will benefit from learing from and engaging with each other during the time together. The framework can be applied to both in-person and online gatherings. 

In this active design session, you will learn - 

* A simple 5-step framework to apply to your events, trainings, presentations, meetings

* Techniques to scaffold skills, behaviors, and complexity to maximize engagement

* How structure supports inclusivity, psychological safetey, and managing power dynamics

* Practical insights, activities, and tools to apply to your own programs
