By taking a coaching approach in both mindset and structure, you always have a roadmap to design your program ahead of time and to make game-time decisions in the moment. We've simplified this into an easy-to-implement 5-step framework that balances structure and freedom for both you and participants.

In this active design session, you will learn:

• A simple 5-step framework to apply to your trainings and workshops

• How to scaffold skills, behaviors, and complexity to maximize engagement

• How to use an online visual program to quickly map out your design 

• How to access to a free library of facilitation activities 

• Practical insights, activities, and tools to apply to your own programs
